When you decide you want to hire someone, send them an email with the following information.
- Tell them you’re offering them a position
- Schedule a day for them to come in for onboarding
- Send them a copy of the i-9 form and ask them to bring a copy to their onboarding. It should be filled out and signed. They should also bring their documentation as described on the form. Typically a drivers license and social security card or just a passport will work great.
